Victoria enters the scene border, in a majesty rarely seen. Dressed in blue with her eyes fixed on a horizontal surface just get. Bells ringing, says the arrival, berthing. She turns, nods politely. A roar is heard when iron meets iron.
The idea of the piece is that the cranes and crane operators engaged in the activities typical of the port. This involves both container handling and shipping of dry bulk cargo. With musicians that reinforce and rhythmic sounds from work, the iron pellets falling on beam scrap a crescendo molto in his new musical context.
